When posting a question please use a suitable title and explain your problem in as much detail as you can.
Examples:
Bad tittle = HELPZ ME PLZZZZ
Good tittle = Character skill problem
Bad thread = OMGZ WTF MY CHAR CANT USE SKILL WTF?!
Good thread = Hi, my account name is [account name here]. My character name is [character name]. He cannot use his twisting slash skill, please help me out.
